EPRD/TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR DRAFTING CATALOGUE OF WORK POSITIONS AND LAW ON SALARIES/EXPERT ON CATEGORISATION OF WORK POSITIONS / TEAM LEADER

Qualifications and skills:

    • Education at least Masters Degree Academic level in public administration or human resources management or equivalent four (4) years
       of professional experience above the general professional experience in the requested areas in case of non possession of Masters degree.

General professional experience:

    • At least 10 years of general professional experience in the public administration

Specific professional experience:

    • At least 3 years of relevant experience in human resources management;
    • Experience in support to the capacity building and/or policy advice of government public administration;
    • Experience in a similar technical assistance project, preparing job classification and catalogue of work positions, would be considered
       an asset

Language Skills:

    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Duration of assignment:   80 working days
