EPRD/TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE NATIONAL FUND WITHIN THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE IN SERBIA FOR THE PREPARATION FOR IPA COMPONENT/SENIOR ACCOUNTING EXPERT

Qualifications and skills:

    • At least Masters Degree Academic level in the field of public finance, audit, accounting, business administration or other associated
       fields;
    • Chartered and/or Certified Accountant would be an advantage.

General professional experience:

    • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in accounting.

Specific professional experience:

    • At least 5 years of experience in public sector accounting.
    • Hands-on experience in working on accounting systems in the context of SAPARD and/or IPARD;
    • Previous experience in a least one IPARD Technical Assistance project in a (potential) candidate country would be an advantage.

Language skills:

    • Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Duration of assignment: 30 working days
