Qualifications and skills:

    • A university degree in economics, business administration/management, financial control, accounting or other relevant disciplines

General professional experience:

   • Minimum 10 years of professional experience relevant to the assignment Specific professional experience
   • Minimum of 5 years in implementing financial management and control in administrations (SAPARD/IPARD Agency or National Fund)
      dealing with SAPARD/IPARD pre-accession funds;
   • Previous experience in a least one SAPARD/ IPARD Technical Assistance project in potential candidate countries / candidate countries; in
      case of experience in SAPARD / IPARD during the accreditation processes of SAPARD/IPARD programmes would be an advantage;
   • Experience in developing systems of management and control, including manuals of procedures, for
      SAPARD / IPARD;
   • Experience in preparing and delivering training on systems of management and control of EU pre-accession funds.

Language Skills:

   • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Duration of assignment: 110 working days
