The expert should demonstrate through its CV the following knowledge and professional capacity:
Professional qualifications
- University Degree in Public Administration, Political Sciences, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Information Technology or related
field
Language skills
- Fluency in English is required, Serbian is advantage
General professional experience
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Relevant experience in delivering training for Public Administration bodies, delivering e-Government training courses is advantage
Specific professional experience
- Excellent presentation and report writing skills
- Substantial experience in developing training materials and delivering training courses
- Competent knowledge and skills in the topics identified in Section “Training topics” of the position’s Terms of Reference
- Strong knowledge on the best practices and directions of e-government in Serbia and EU countries is advantage
