Qualifications and skills:
- University degree with minimum four years of studies, preferably in economics, social science or engineering
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications)
General professional experience:
- Minimum 10 years, preferably 15 years, of working experience in EU, national, bilateral and/or IFI funding of projects in EU Member
States or a current or former potential or candidate country for EU membership
- Experience in planning, designing and implementing socio-economic or regional development polices gained in at least two projects,
preferably 3 projects, of similar description
Specific professional experience
- Experience in programming of EU funded programmes gained in at least two projects, preferably 3 projects, of similar description
- Experience in preparing large-scale multi-sectoral national programmes gained in1, but preferably 3 projects of similar description
- Minimum 3 years, preferably 5 years of specific experience in dealing with IPA regulations or PRAG
