Requirements:

Qualifications and skills:
 
   - University degree in a field relevant to this assignment, such as agriculture or economy, or agricultural economy or related field or
     equivalent minimum 4 years experience in these fields above the general professional requirements
   - Post-graduate qualification in a relevant discipline will be considered as an advantage
   - Good written and verbal command in English
   - Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills
   - Good computer literacy;
   - Proficiency in report drafting
   - Excellent team working abilities

General professional experience:
 
   - Minimum 5 years, preferably 10 years of senior experience in implementation or management of projects in areas of agriculture or rural
     development
   - Team Leader or similar position experience on institutional development projects in
     agriculture or rural development sector - minimum 2 projects
   - International experience with implementation or management of projects in areas relating to agriculture and rural development or
     previous experience in the Balkans countries will be considered as advantages.

Specific professional experience:

  - Minimum 2 years working knowledge in managing or designing or implementing projects financed via SAPARD/IPA RD or EU structural
    funds in the field of agriculture or rural development or in institutional development in agriculture or rural development sector in countries
    in transition
  - Demonstrated knowledge of IPA RD payment procedures will be considered as advantage
  - Knowledge of BiH government structures or complex institutional structures in EU member states will be considered as advantage
  - Experience in working with or within national administration bodies will be considered as advantage
