Requirements:

Qualifications and skills:

  - University degree in a field relevant to this assignment, such as: agriculture or accounting or finances or economy or computer science or
    information technology or equivalent field or equivalent minimum 4 years experience in these fields above the general professional
    requirements
  - Post-graduate qualification in a relevant discipline will be considered as an advantage
  - Good written and verbal command in English
  - Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills
  - Good computer literacy;
  - Proficiency in report drafting
  - Excellent team working abilities

General professional experience:

  - Minimum 5 years preferably 10 years of senior professional experience in management or setting-up or coordination of specific agencies
    (accounting/or audit/or internal control functions) in the field of agriculture or rural development
  - Demonstrated knowledge of training or education techniques preferably in the field of
    agriculture or rural development

Specific professional experience:

  - Minimum 3 years of senior experience in setting up or in management of SAPARD/IPARD
    Agency or related technical assistance project
  - Minimum 3 years experiences with EU agriculture policies (CAP or Rural Development)
    or financial management of rural business
  - Demonstrated knowledge of agricultural and rural sectors in the region would be an
    advantage
