RS-BELGRADE: IPA — PROJECT PREPARATION FACILITY 2011/S 211-343170

Contract description:                                                                               Maximum budget: EUR 5.750.000

  1) Programming of EU pre-accession assistance: to support the programming of EU pre-accession assistance,  i.e. the creation of strategic
      and policy framework for pre-accession assistance as well as necessary  programming documents.
  2) Project preparation in the context of EU pre-accession assistance: preparation of mature infrastructure  projects with a full set of project
      documentation in accordance with EU procedures for programming and  procurement rules. Financially viable projects for financing by
      EU pre-accession assistance developed and  ready for implementation (e.g. feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, environmental impact
      assessments,  application forms for major projects, etc.).
  3) Training of governmental administration about EU pre-accession assistance: government administration  dealing with EU pre-accession
      assistance trained and aware of possible evolution and changes in the pre- accession instrument.

Budget:

Maximum budget: 5 750 000 EUR.

Eligibility:

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of  candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the  regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the  contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The  participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under  which the contract is financed.
