BA-SARAJEVO: IPA — CAPACITY BUILDING OF GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS TO ENGAGE IN A POLICY DIALOGUE WITH CIVIL SOCIETY 2012/S 70-114968

Contract description:                                                                                Maximum budget: EUR 1.000.000

The project aims to provide capacity building of the State, entities and Brčko district of Bosnia and Herzegovina  governments in development of institutional mechanisms for cooperation with civil society in order to enable the  aforementioned governments to engage in a more fruitful dialogue with civil society. This project will also enable  the governments to better understanding the citizens' needs and engage civil society better in different reform  processes.

Budget:

Maximum budget: 1 000 000 EUR.

Eligibility:

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of  candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the  regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the  contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The  participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under  which the contract is financed.
