AL-TIRANA: IPA — SUPERVISION OF THE WORKS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW PRE-DETENTION CENTRE AND PRISON IN SHKODRA, ALBANIA 2012/S 70-114986

Contract description:                                                                              Maximum budget: EUR 900.000

The scope of the contract is the supervision of the works for the construction of a new pre-trial detention centre  and prison in the district of Shkodra in Albania. The complex facility is foreseen to accommodate 120 male,  juvenile and female pre-detainees and 600 prisoners. The entire developed area is around 13 ha. The gross  2  floor space of the buildings is around 30 000 m . The overall scope of the project is the construction of a fully  operational facility, in order to be immediately in use by the beneficiary. The construction site is located in the  north of Albania, approx. 150 km distance from Tirana, the capital.

Maximum budget: 900 000 EUR.

Eligibility:

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of  candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the  regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the  contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The  participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under  which the contract is financed.
