Requirements:

Duration and location of assignment

    - At least 380 working days over 22 months;
    - Zagreb, with extensive travelling throughout Croatia.

Qualifications and skills

    - A level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least three years duration attested by a diploma;
    - Fluency in both written and spoken English;
    - Computer literacy.

General professional experience

    - Preferably 10, but minimum 6 years of professional experience in the field of human resources development;
    - Minimum 5 years of experience as Team Leader in managing projects;

Specific professional experience

   - Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of social welfare;
   - Preferably 3, but minimum of 1 year of experience in providing technical assistance to government institutions in strategic planning
     and/or policy development in the field of social welfare.
