Requirements:

Duration and location of assignment

   - At least 300 working days over 22 months;
   - Zagreb, with extensive travelling throughout Croatia.

Qualifications and skills

   - A level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least three years duration attested by a diploma in
     Humanities or Social Sciences or relevant, directly related discipline;
   - Fluency in both written and spoken English;
   - Computer literacy.

General professional experience

   - Preferably 10 but a minimum 6 years of professional experience in the field of social welfare;
   - Minimum 5 years of experience in community organising (community needs assessment, mobilising resources, bottom-up approach etc.);
   - 5 years of experiences in the implementation of ESF or pre-accession funds funded projects is an advantage.

Specific professional experience

   - Preferably 4, but minimum 1 year of professional experience in the social services planning and/or the promotion of alternative forms of
     care in the community;
   - Experience in monitoring and evaluation of social services;
   - Experience in drafting analytical and/or strategic documents related to social inclusion;
   - Experience in the provision of training programmes.
