Educational Background:

  - Proven record of expertise in rural development projects in Albania or countries with similar project environment. Familiarity with the relevant rural development legislation and projects’ experience in EU and/ or EU NMS and actual rural projects implemen

Qualifications and Experience:

The national consultant should have a relevant university degree, a proven record of expertise in rural development projects in Albania or countries with similar project environment and, to the extent possible, be familiar with such projects in other countries.
He/she should be familiar with the relevant rural development legislation and projects’ experience in EU and/ or EU NMS and actual rural projects implementation experience and possess good communication skills. He/she will have good rural project management and team building capacity.

Good report writing skills and working knowledge of English and Albanian are essential.

Duration:  6 months until the end of 2013 (or until the end of the project)
