Duration of the mission: 190 working days

Qualifications and skills

   • University degree in environmental, mechanical or chemical engineering, environmental science, or equivalent educational background in
      the area of waste management
   • Master or PhD in a relevant field will be considered as an advantage;
   • Proficient in English, oral and written, good knowledge of local language will be considered as an advantage.

General professional experience

   • Senior non key experts must have at least 10 years of working experience in the field they are proposed and the junior experts must have
      at least 3 years experience

Specific professional experience

   • Knowledge of EU requirements with respect to the management of waste;
   • Practical experience in providing services in the field of waste management, in EU Member States, Candidate Countries or transition
      countries;
