Qualifications and skills:

     - Masters Degree Academic level (University level of education in duration of at least 4 years) or alternatively, at least 7 years of working
       experience in IT development and programming, absolutely required.
     - Certificates: Certified J2EE (Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition) developer and certified database specialist in DB2, absolutely required
     - Working knowledge of English, absolutely required

General professional experience:

    - At least 3 years of working experience in activities of IT development and programming, absolutely required

Specific professional experience:

    - Working experience in IT specialist role in at least 1 project related to SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) solution implementation,
      absolutely required
    - Working experience in IT specialist role in at least 1 project related to BPM (Business Process Management) solution implementation,
      absolutely required
    - Working experience an application developer for WebSphere Portal server and WebSphere Process server, absolutely required
    - Working experience in solution testing (unit testing, integration testing and acceptance testing), absolutely required
    - Working experience in database development, absolutely required
    - Working experience in integration development
    - Working experience in object-oriented programming and design
