Indicative job description

    - Management of the team of experts;
    - Design of procedures, manuals and trainings;
    - Implementation of activities at national and local level.

Qualifications and skills

    - A bachelor's degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent
      institution) in political science, law, social sciences or other relevant discipline;
    - A Master/Phd in a relevant discipline (following the award of the degree) is an advantage.
    - Command of Serbian language is an advantage.

General professional experience

    - Minimum 5, preferably 10 years of relevant professional experience in the area of antidiscrimination.

Specific professional experience

   - Specific experience with design of antidiscrimination policies in line with EU standards and secondary legislation gained in 1, but
     preferably 3 projects in countries covered by article 19 of IPA regulation.
   - Experience implementing projects in human and minority rights area in the public or private sector or in donor funded projects, gained in
     1, but preferably 3 projects of similar size, complexity and duration.
