Indicative job description

    - Overall management, implementation, coordination and monitoring of the project;
    - Reporting, on behalf of the team, to the Steering Committee;
    - Continuous links with the beneficiaries and all the stakeholders involved in the implementation of the project.

Qualifications and skills

    - A bachelor's degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent
      institution) in political science, law, social sciences or other relevant discipline.
    - A Master/Phd in a relevant discipline (following the award of the degree) is an advantage.
    - Command of Serbian language is an advantage.

General professional experience

    - Minimum 8 years, but preferably 12 years of post graduate professional experience in area of human and minority rights promotion and
      protection.

Specific professional experience

    - Experience in leading teams in the public or private sector or in donor funded projects, gained in 1, but preferably 3 projects of similar
      size, complexity and duration.
    - Specific experience in defining and implementing measures and procedures for improved work of National Human Rights Institutions
      (NHRI) or equality bodies, gained in 1, but preferably 3 projects in countries covered by article 19 of IPA regulation.
