The tour visited ENPARD project sites in different regions of Armenia, and exchanged experience on
how the programme is Implemented in their respective countries.
Participants visited a number of EU supported projects: The Dprabak herb production cooperative,
Tsovagyugh buckwheat production and processing plant, MerSarer Holding honey production, a
high-value cheese production cooperative, and an organic agriculture cooperative.
Armenian, Georgian and Moldovan also colleagues met with representatives of projects
implemented by the Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO), United Nations Industrial
Development Organization (UNIDO), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP),
and Organic Agricultural Support Initiative (OASI)…(link)
