Chargée d’Affaires at the U.S. Embassy in Pristina Colleen Hyland spoke at a ribbon-cutting
ceremony at OSA Termosistem on October 13th, inaugurating a new, more energy efficient
production line. OSA produces a range of thermal-technical equipment for cooling, heating,
and ventilation.
A USAID grant of $27,500 enabled the company to finance the purchase of polyurethane
injection equipment for all of their insulated products, replacing their highly-outdated
technology. This technology upgrade increased OSA’s energy efficiency, marketability,
and competitiveness, and we expect that the new equipment will expand sales and create at least 28
