UKR/ EU HELPS TO RECOVER DONBASS BRIDGE

 
   The 288 metres bridge was completely restored with EU funding, receiving new handrails, lighting,
   video observation and telecommunication connection with Lysychansk. The new bridge has
   renewed traffic across Siversky Donets river, and created a safe crossing for citizens.

    During the official opening Valentin Kazakov, the Severodonetsk city mayor emphasised: "I express
    deep gratitude to the European Union for supporting this project which is very important for our
    citizens. The EU grant made the restoration of road traffic across the river between two cities
    possible. No doubt, this will make the life of Severodonetsk and Lysychansk citizens more
    comfortable; improve economic ties and functioning of the infrastructure in both cities”…(link)
