The European Union (EU) and the Government of Albania held their 3rd IPARD Monitoring Committee meeting in Tirana on 21st March, focusing on the upcoming entrustment of the Albanian authorities with budget implementation tasks for the Instrument for pre-accession for Rural Development (IPARD) programme.
