MAC/ EU-FUNDED PROJECT FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE PARLIAMENT COMPLETED

   eeas.europa.eu - On Wednesday, 11 July 2012, at 11:00hrs, a closing conference will mark the
   successful completion of the EU-funded project “Technical Assistance to the Parliament”. In January
   2011, the EU-funded project “Technical Assistance to Parliament” was launched, with an overall objective
   to enhance the Parliament’s institutional capacity and thus further improve its transparency and
   accountability in its relations with the citizens.The project was implemented in the period of January
   2011 - July 2012, with a budget of 600,000 EUR. In addition 375,000 EUR were allocated by the
   Government as national co-financing for procurement of audiovisual archiving equipment and IT
   equipment for the EU Info Centre.
