The project will provide more effective social infrastructure including new types of services to replace the institutional model for childcare which is still in operation across most of the country.
The aim of the initiative is to ensure social inclusion and equal access to services for children and young people in social institutions, particularly for those with disabilities or in need of permanent medical care.
The project, with a total budget of EUR 500 000, 85 % co-funded by the ERDF, will ensure support is provided to community-based services for children and young people in line with the Community and Family Support Services Map and the Residence Services Card.
