BIH/ BOSNIA HERZEGOVINA INVESTIGATES WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF EU FUNDS

www.balkans.com The prosecutor's office of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) on Wednesday announced to investigate who is to blame over loss of European Union (EU) fund. The prosecutor's office noted in a statement the loss of money caused huge damage to the interests of citizens as well as BiH's bid to join the EU.
The European Commission (EC) has decided to halve its funding to BiH in 2013 because the country "failed to reform its constitution". The EU will reduce its funding by 62 million U.S. dollars, while the funding for 2014-2020 may also be placed in jeopardy.
