ENPI EAST/ AZERBAIJAN – GEORGIA: NEW IDEAS FOR TERRITORIAL COOPERATION

The opportunities and benefits of territorial cooperation for the border regions of Azerbaijan will
be brought into focus at a series of seminars organized on 20-22 May by the EU-funded
Eastern Partnership Territorial Cooperation Support Programme (EaPTC Support Programme).
The capacity building seminars in Sheki-Zagatala and Ganja-Gazak regions will be held in the
framework of Azerbaijan-Georgia Territorial Cooperation Programme, a press release said.
During the training seminars, the EaPTC Support Team will meet representatives of local and
regional state and non-state actors. A range of topics will be covered, including the objectives
and priorities of the programme, as well as specific benefits for the institutions and
organizations in the border regions of Azerbaijan.
