Background
The main objective of the project is to support Government and national institutions to better plan, implement and monitor active labour market measures. The programme will contribute to implementation of the 2013 Operational Plan on ALMMs and its components focusing on: Self- Employment and Financial support to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with additional employments.
More specifically the Programme in close collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, Employment Service Agency and Agency for Promotion of Entrepreneurship will support the:
- creation of 930 small businesses through Self- employment programme
- creation of up to 100 new employments in SMEs and craftsmen shops
- provision of trainings in occupations demanded on the labor market for 250 unemployed candidates
Scope of work
The objective of the assignment is to develop, prepare and deliver five-day courses in “Training on entrepreneurship and business skills development” to candidates under the Self-employment programme. The training programme shall help the candidates to improve their entrepreneurial skills to better assess the business environment, acquire basic knowledge for developing and using marketing plan, develop skills for better monitoring and business planning in order to ensure that they are better prepared to start their own business.
