Background
Civil society organizations (CSOs) continue to play an important role in ensuring principles of human dignity, freedom, equality, the rul of law and respect for human rights, including the rights of persons belonging of minorities to be upheld in practice. By articulating citizen's concerns, civil society organizations (CSOs) are understood as all non-state, non-for-profit structures in which people organise to pursue shared objectives and ideals, who are active in public are and engage in initiatives which foster pluralism and further parcipatory democracy.
Size of grants
Any grant requested under this Call for Proposals must fall between the following minimum and maximum amounts:
LOT1, LOT2, LOT 3
- minimum amount: EUR 50.000
- maximum amount: EUR 100.000
Eligibility
In order to be eligible for a grant, applicants must:
- be legal persons
- be non profit making
- be civil society organizations
- be established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country coverd by Article 19 of the IPA Regulation.
