Requirements

- Citizenship of Macedonia
- Completed Secondary Education supplemented by studies in Teacher’s training or Train the Trainers courses, English language courses and
  other relevant studies
- Minimum four years of relevant work experience, working/assisting on identification, development, design and delivery of training courses,
  preferably in international environment
- Experience in editing and publishing training materials
- Computer literate with practical experience with Windows applications and editing and printing computer software packages
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and in the local languages
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with people of different nationalities, religions and cultural backgrounds
- Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities.


Responsibilities

- Provides educational methodology support for all PDU projects and training activities ensuring they meet international standards and PDU
  objectives;
- Proofreads and ensures that all PDU training materials are translated and designed properly;
- Assists the Police Training Adviser to perform evaluation of training courses, monitor programme implementation and progress and
  evaluate trainer’s performance in accordance with evaluation standards to ensure fulfillment of training course objectives and achievement
  of identified training goals, develop questionnaires and tests and prepare feedback reports for PDU management;
- Conducts Training Needs Analysis (TNA) including interviews, survey visits and other related duties, working in close association with the
  MoIA and/or other host government and international organization entities;
- Assists in the delivery of training, mainly Train the Trainer, Curriculum Design and Evaluation Courses;
- Assists in the design and development of PDU police training courses, publications, comprehensive training materials and presentations, by
  following standard formats;
- Conducts analysis and research of policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance;
- Performs simultaneous and/or consecutive interpretation for meetings, appointments or other business communication;
- Provides translation/interpretation of specialized police instructional documents and correspondence, in a classroom and/or field training
  environment from English to local language and vice versa;
- Performs other duties as assigned.
