Background
You will undertake innovative, socially impactful, research in International Political Economy. The focus will be on the interaction between different key policymakers, and how they draw on resources from their respective professional networks in order to define how policy problems should be understood in the context of the regulation of dynamic transnational sectors. You will contribute to the development and enhancement of the Department’s reputation for international research excellence.
Requirements
- Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Possession of an MA in or equivalent in a subdiscipline of politics and international relations
- A clear research agenda in International Political Economy with a focus on the interaction between different key policymakers, and how they draw on resources from their respective
professional networks in order to define how policy problems should be understood in the context of the regulation of dynamic transnational sectors.
- Ability to present results of your research through verbal and written presentations, to both national and international audience standard
