SIPU INTERNATIONAL/ INTERNATIONAL PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT EXPERT

Background

This position will be a full-time one for three years and will focus on the Performance Management component both in content and organization. In addition, it will provide assistance and support to the two other PMT members on general issues of performance monitoring of the programme and the other respective components and other personnel and resource mobilization issues.

Eligibility

- Relevant University degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English, Command of Albanian is an asset
- Extensive professional experience related to performance management, preferably within the police.
