Background

I am pleased to contact you and propose you enclosed a project financed by the European Commission.It concerns: “Development of Accreditation Services in Montenegro.We are looking for 1 expert, available and interested to cooperate with us in this new mission. Expert 2 on Testing Laboratories (Senior expert).

Qualifications and skills

- Higher Education Degree in any of the fields encompassed by MSTQ or at least 10 years professional experience in MSTQ-related areas
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability in speaking local language will be an advantage
- At least 10 years of professional experience in any of the fields encompassed by MSTQ
- At least 5 years, but preferably 7 years of experience in accreditation gained in an EU Member State or a candidate country
- Experience gained in an National Accreditation Body (NAB) of an EU Member State will be an advantage

Specific professional experience

- Lead assessor and/or technical assessor of NAB signatory of EA MLA for testing laboratories
- Operational experience of at least 20 assessments in testing laboratories operating in the area of environmental protection, forensics and
  testing of products
- Operational experience in training of assessors, with at least one assignment completed within the last three years
- Operational experience in former or current candidate countries or potential candidate countries will be an advantage.
