EUROPEAID/135478/DH/SER/ME: IPA - TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE IPA III OPERATING STRUCTURE

Description

The purpose of the contract is to provide technical assistance to the IPA III operating structure in IPA programming/project preparation and to prepare project documentation for IPA III projects under DIS conditions. It will support the operating structure in establishing a functional system for programming, project identification, maturity and compliance with the EC and IFIs' requirements, implementation, and programme/project-level monitoring and reporting. Investment projects in particular require specific and technical documentation in order to ensure projects are of appropriate maturity to be ready to be implemented.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.

Maximum budget: 800 000 EUR
