EUROPEAID/131325/IH/SER/TR: IPA - TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF MOBITEK IN KAYSERI

Description

The purpose of the contract is to provide technical assistance for increasing the productivity and efficiency of the furniture manufacturing small and medium-sized enterprises in Kayseri and strengthening their product development and marketing capabilities. The project consists of two main components;

   - Development of institutional infrastructure through conducting business diagnostic studies, comparative value chain analysis, preparing
     the business plans of the service units and corporate plan, training of human resources and developing an online portal which will be used
     both for promotion and marketing;
   - Provision of the manufacturing support and business development services through training and information services, consulting and
     innovation services, marketing and foreign trade services.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons [participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers] which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
