EBRD/ MESOPROMET - CAPACITY BUILDING TO ENHANCE THE AUTOMATION OF THE MEAT PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION PROCESSES

Description

The Client now intends to retain an experienced Information Technology firm (the Consultant) with specialist knowledge in meat processing automation in order to design, develop and implement a software solution which will assist the Client in production monitoring, inventory management, preparation of associated procurement plans and quality control (the Assignment). The Consultant will also be responsible for training the Client's employees in the use of the software.

The expected outcome of the Assignment is that the Client's meat production process and inventory management will improve, thus enhancing profitability and working capital management.


Eligibility

Corporate services are required. The Consultant will be a firm or a group of firms with preferably previous project experience related to:

   - the design, development, implementation and training of software solutions of a comparable nature, scale and complexity to this
     Assignment; and
   - consulting/industry experience in meat processing automation.


Budget

Cost Estimate for the Assignment: EUR 100,000 (exclusive of VAT).
